This is actually last week’s prompt for Five Sentence Fiction- oh well! Will try and get this week’s one up in a few hours.

Zipping along in my car, the window down, bright and breezy music on the stereo. ‘Take It Easy’ indeed, good advice, Don Henley. It’s days like this I wish I’d bought that pretty little convertible, instead of being practical. Ah well, let’s keeping driving. There’s still a stink of burning rubber from the wreck I’ve left behind.
