There are no tears this morning, just excitement. Time for him to meet new friends, learn how to play and act in a new world. Sticky hands and colourful toys. And for me, this is learning too. Learning to let him go.

(Don’t have kids myself yet but there is something evocative about this time of year. A great excuse for this):
